• Zoom Meeting Facilitation: Conduct Zoom meetings to familiarize agents with Zoom calls and explain the onboarding process comprehensively.
• Background Check Coordination: Coordinate the background check process, ensuring all agents complete this requirement.
• Equipment Management: Ensure agents have the necessary equipment for their roles, emphasizing the importance of personal responsibility for equipment.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress, agent performance, and attendance.
